Usage method.
Apply a thin layer of the top coat to the hardened layer of nail polish or base coat (our colored bases ensure a quick manicure). Wipe the dispersion layer with a cleaner and it's ready.
Of course, the sticky top layer has many uses.  
 
Steel Shine is a top coat with a dispersion layer and the effect of exceptional shine lasts up to 4 weeks. Application with a brush allows for even distribution of the product without streaks and flooded cuticles.
 
Steel Shine is removed with a nail file or a hybrid manicure cutter.
