Let's Shine is the second transparent color from the Rising Stars collection . The hybrid varnish contains silver holo particles of various sizes. I don't think any of our polishes contained so many holographic particles! With two layers of Let's Shine nail polish and proper distribution of particles, we are able to get almost full coverage. Just like the predecessor of First Impression, the Let's Shine color will be great as the last layer before Top Coat and will beautifully illuminate stylizations.
