Harmonization with the EU regulation - GDPR

Ncnailscy.com is fully in line with the provisions of the new EU regulation for the protection of personal data ( GDPR  -  General Data Protection Regulation ). 

Ncnailscy.com does not collect any personal data other than what your operating system and your browser (browser) automatically sends so that the website can be seen on your computer. For any data it sends to our hosting server (eg your ip and the browser and operating system version you use) you have already given your consent, using the specific operating system and browser you have selected.

In any case, all the data that reaches our server is secured with the most up-to-date security for the hosting servers (ssl encryption, 4 different levels of control and protection of the hosting server, always updated code of the web application). This data remains as on all servers in the form of logs and every few 24 hours they are destroyed as newer ones are created. The logs on the hosting server of ncnailscy.com are destroyed within 48 hours.

Ncnailscy.com explicitly states that it does not use any such data for processing and for absolutely no purpose. Third parties with which ncnailscy.com cooperates can use this data exclusively for statistical purposes and these services are responsible for compliance with the new regulation. In any case, we carefully choose the services we work with, which at this stage are the services of google.

All site data is hosted in datacenters within the European Union and all backups as well. The backup files of ncnailscy.com are kept in a secure location, encrypted, within the European Union, and they are accessible and can be decrypted for recovery, only the system administrator.

Ncnailscy.com does not bear any responsibility for malfunctions of datacenters and technologies that are widely used today on the internet. It is our obligation to immediately update these services with updates, when there are upgrades, something that we check daily and systematically.

Cookies

The Ncnailscy.com node can use cookies to identify the visitor / user of certain services and pages of the node (eg newsletters). All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
